Our signature session. One high-energy hour of snow, run in one or two rotating groups so every kid gets their moment while the magic is at full blast.
2-3 rotating groups · Best fit for 100+ kids
The big-center session. Two to three rotating groups keep the energy at its peak for every child, in and out while it still feels like pure magic.
Final recommendations depend on attendance, venue size, snowfall duration, outdoor enviorment, lighting, and guest flow. Tell us about your event and we will size it honestly.

A 20 by 20 foot open area on your daycare property is our minimum. Grass, blacktop, or playground surface all work. Our team will confirm the setup spot when we walk through the booking with you.
If weather forces a cancellation, we reschedule to a new date that works for your center. No cancellation fees, no back-and-forth. We keep an eye on the forecast and reach out to you if a call needs to be made.
Yes. We regularly work with New Jersey daycares, preschools, and learning centers. Certificates of Insurance, W9s, vendor onboarding forms, and any other paperwork your center or board requires are provided quickly on request.
Yes. Every session includes a curated holiday playlist run through our professional sound system. Kid-friendly, upbeat, and matched to the vibe of the event. Song requests welcome in advance.
No. We bring everything, including our own generators. Nothing required from your center. Just point us to the setup spot and we handle the rest.
Yes. Both sessions are built around rotating groups: the 60-minute session runs one or two groups, and the 90-minute session runs two or three, so every child gets a full turn with the snow machine and winter games while the energy stays high.

November and December dates fill up 2 to 3 months in advance. If you have a specific week in mind, reach out early so we can lock it in. Off-peak dates have more flexibility.
A professional water-based snow fluid run through Antari S-500 commercial snow machines. It produces fine, white, snow-like flakes that drift and float like the real thing. Safe, odorless, hypoallergenic, and non-staining. The fluid meets the standards used by film productions and touring theatrical shows. Manufacturer Safety Data Sheet available to your center on request.
Our main season runs November through March, which covers holiday season, winter enrichment days, and late-winter events. We also run Christmas in July for summer camps and daycares that want a holiday-themed summer surprise. Same production, same setup, just booked for a July date.
We keep sessions short on purpose, because that is when snow feels the most magical. The 60-minute session covers about 30 to 60 kids in one or two rotating groups. The 90-minute session covers 100 or more kids in two or three groups. The kid counts are guidance, not caps. Tell us your headcount when you book and we will size the rotations to fit.
