Yes. We bring the winter snow machine experience to all of South Jersey and Central Jersey, including Atlantic County, Burlington County, Camden County, Cape May County, Cumberland County, Gloucester County, Mercer County, Monmouth County, Ocean County, and Salem County.
A professional water-based snow fluid, run through Antari S-500 commercial snow machines that turns into small foam flakes. It produces fine, white, snow-like flakes that drift and float like the real thing. It is safe, odorless, hypoallergenic, and non-staining. The flakes vanish within seconds of landing, so there are no wet floors, no slippery surfaces, and nothing to clean up after the event. The fluid meets the same standards used by film productions and touring theatrical shows for indoor and outdoor snow effects. Manufacturer Safety Data Sheet (SDS) documentation available to your board on request.
No. We bring everything, including our own generators. No client-supplied power or equipment required.
The Snow Experience is an outdoor production, and heavy rain is the one thing that stops it, so we work with you on timing or a backup date if it may rain at your event.
Priced by the hour with a 2-hour minimum. Signature Snowfall is $499 per hour, the right fit for school events and smaller celebrations. Winter Wonderland is $799 per hour with double the snowfall coverage, the recommended level for tree lightings, township events, and festivals. Both include staffing for your entire event, the snowflake painting station, curated holiday music, and full delivery, setup, and breakdown, with travel quoted by distance. Grand Snowfall productions for major multi-zone events start at $3,999 and are quoted by custom proposal.
The earlier the better. Tree lightings and winter festivals all land in the same few weeks, so the popular weekends in late November and early December book first. If you have a date in mind, the sooner you lock it in, the better.
Yes, at every event. While the snow falls, kids paint a wooden snowflake and take it home as an ornament. Staffed by us, like everything else.
Yes. We regularly work with New Jersey townships, school districts, and municipal event teams. Certificates of Insurance (COI), W9s, vendor onboarding forms, and any other paperwork required by your board or purchasing department are provided quickly on request.
Yes. Every snow experience includes a curated holiday music playlist run through our professional sound system, from classic winter standards to modern holiday hits. We can match the vibe to your event (traditional tree lighting, family festival, or upbeat community night) and take song requests in advance.
Yes. The snow works on any outdoor surface, so grass, athletic fields, blacktop, and walkways are all fine. Tell us where you want the snow and we will set up around it.
We can handle a windy night. It comes with the territory for outdoor winter events and we set up for the conditions we get, so the snow lands where your crowd is.
