Most clients book 2 to 3 months out. Summer dates fill up fast and some book a year ahead. We can sometimes fit in requests at 45 days out but peak season availability gets tight.
Yes, a deposit holds your date. The balance is due before or on event day. We walk you through all payment details when you book.
Blacktop, concrete, or a parking lot. Good drainage makes cleanup easy. Grass works for shorter events (1 to 2 hours) but can get muddy.
A water hookup (a standard garden hose connection works), a nearby power outlet, and a flat open area. We take care of everything else.
One cannon handles up to 50 kids at a time. Two cannons cover 50 to 150. Large events with thousands cycling through the day need 3 or more. We help you figure out the right setup.
Yes. We use a pH-neutral, biodegradable foam solution that is non-toxic and non-irritating. Safe for all ages and washes off easily with water.
Yes, full liability insurance. We can provide a certificate of insurance on request. Most schools, townships, and venues ask for one.
CARR stands for Certified Amusement and Recreation Rental. It is an equipment certification confirming our foam cannons meet industry safety and performance standards.
Light rain usually does not stop us. For lightning, high winds, or severe weather, we work with you to reschedule. Safety always comes first.
Cancellations made well in advance may get a deposit refund or credit toward a future date. Last-minute cancellations within a few days may forfeit the deposit. We always try to work with you.
Yes. Foam parties are actually a great way to beat the heat. For dangerous heat advisories we communicate your options. Participant safety always comes first.
